Ashtian Wastewater Treatment Plant was inaugurated in July 2017 with the presence of the Economic and Planning Deputy of Minister of Energy and the experts of Tarhafra consulting engineers and a group of provincial and city officials of Ashtian.
In this ceremony, the first phase of the Ashtian city wastewater treatment plant with a capacity of 3,000 cubic meters per day was launched by the two-power aeration lagoon method with 27 km of collectors, transmission lines and collection network, and with 1400 branches.
It should be mentioned that in this project, the Tarhafra consulting engineers project have been providing design review and supervision services for the collection and treatment plant of the wastewater network since 2004.
